1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and agreements between Sela Pure and Sacred and consumers via the webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products
Sela Pure and Sacred offers natural skincare and cosmetic products, including facial oil and accessories. All products are carefully crafted; however, slight variations in color or scent may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using the available payment methods on the webshop.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS.
Sela Pure and Sacred aims to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.
5. Returns and Withdrawal
Facial oil and other opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Other products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Liability
Sela Pure and Sacred is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the product or allergic reactions. Always check the ingredient list and follow the product instructions carefully.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to info@selapureandsacred.com
We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve the issue fairly.
8. Force Majeure
Sela Pure and Sacred is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
9. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
